Brian Smith has more than 35 years of experience in international development and finance.
Working with USAID, Asian Development Bank, international financial institutions and the Central Bank of the Philippines, Smith helped secure project financing as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines. As an officer of the Jacksonville Economic Development Company, he helped guide the firm in making hundreds of small business and economic development loans.
Most recently, he has been engaged in international project financing for multi-billion dollar projects around the world. From resorts in the Caribbean to alternative energy projects in Asia to European financial transactions and hotel development in Africa, Smith has worked on projects in almost every industry. Business planning, organizational development, marketing and finance are just a few of the areas in which Smith assists customers.
